Can I change my order?
Please contact popoffnails@gmail.com as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request, however, there is no guarantee that changes can be made once your order is placed.

 

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. Please be mindful of this before placing your order.


I entered the wrong address on my order, what should I do?
Please be careful when entering your shipping address at checkout. Pop Off Nails will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. If you notice the delivery address was entered incorrectly, please contact popoffnails@gmail.com as soon as possible.

 

I have not received my order confirmation email, what should I do?

If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact popoffnails@gmail.com with your inquiry.

 

I have not received my shipping confirmation email, what should I do?

Your shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been processed. Please allow the 1-2 week order processing time to pass before expecting shipment.


How can I check the status of my order?
Please log in to your Pop Off Nails account to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account, please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order. 

 

How can I track my package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly from the email.

 

My package seems to have stopped moving / hasn't had any tracking updates in awhile.
If your package stops moving at any point, don't worry! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.

For shipments to the U.S., please contact USPS if you have a shipping related question.


Do you offer returns?
Given the nature of the product, all sales are final. Pop Off Nails is unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of their order confirmation email. 

 

I received incorrect items in my order, what should I do?
Please contact popoffnails@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please provide your order number along with a photo of the incorrect product you received.
